Flint Hills Claims Services
|
Flint Hills Claims Services (FHCS) provides arbitration filings through NAMIC (National
Association of Mutual Insurance Companies) and Arbitrations Forums, Inc. The
services are provided to insurance companies and self-insureds. *A flat rate is provided
for writing contentions and a low percentage of recovery is assigned. This supports the
idea of keeping costs low for your company so you can pass the savings on to your
customers. Currently FHCS is just handling Automobile arbitrations.
FHCS will compile your evidence, write your contentions, include statutes and
regulations, design your scene diagram, and handle your complete filing. In addition,
FHCS will review an arbitration response for a possible counterclaim. This will save your
claims personnel time, so they can focus on your customers and work on reducing your
claims volume.
The flat rate FHCS charges for filing your arbitration claims is $120 per filing. This
includes compiling the evidence, such as writing contentions and designing scene
diagrams.
The percentage of recovery assigned to FHCS is 10% of the award that the arbitrator(s)
award to you.
The flat rate and percentage of recovery is assigned to all filings for applicant and respondent.
