Flint Hills Claims Services (FHCS) was formed with the idea of providing low cost arbitration filing services and allowing a company to maintain control of their claims. The founder handled arbitration claims for one of the largest insurance companies in the world and has attained his Associate in Claims (AIC).  Prior to his insurance industry experience, he attained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) and has attended graduate school at UNL.
